From their small beginnings as the United Kingdom board on the vast GameFAQs forum, they have used their unique abilities to review the world around them and change it as they see fit. Dubbing themselves as 313ers, Earth is under their collective rule and only you, an unspecified former member of 313, can end their general annoyance.
